How EOR works in Russia
Gini Talent does not have its own legal entity in Russia. We provide Employer of Record services in Russia as a global provider: people are employed by our local partner employer under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, and Gini Talent manages the engagement, the compliance checks and the reporting, and is your single counterpart under an international service contract. We accept new EOR clients for Russia and review each company, activity and payment route before a proposal.
How we write and check these pages
- Mey Fidan writes the guides and checks that each page describes how we actually work.
- Görkem Tan, CPA, checks every tax rate, contribution rate, cost example, work-permit rule and Labor Code figure before it is published. Those pages show the reviewer and the date of the last update.
- Rates are stated as of 2026 with a link to the official text. They are a planning frame; the proposal confirms the figures for your role.
- We do not promise fixed start dates or permit decisions, and we do not publish client names.
