Privacy notice - EOR in Russia

1. Who we are

eor.com.ru is operated by Gini Finansal Danışmanlık ve Bilgi Hizmetleri A.Ş. (Gini Talent), Büyükdere Cad. Kanyon Ofis Kat:6 No:185, Şişli/İstanbul, Türkiye; +90 212 319 77 86; info@ginitalent.com. Gini Talent has no legal entity of its own in Russia. People employed in Russia through our Employer of Record service are employed by our local partner employer, which processes their employment records under Russian law.

2. What this notice covers

Visitors to this site, people who ask us for an EOR proposal, and people employed in Russia through our EOR service. Other Gini Talent sites have their own notices.

3. Data we collect

Proposal requests: name, company, work email, phone, headquarters country, role, headcount, estimated salary, target start, whether candidates are ready, preferred language and your message. The forms on this site pass these details to the Gini Talent contact form on ginitalent.com in that page’s web address; you then review and submit them there.
Usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and visit times, from server logs and Google Analytics (via Google Site Kit), which uses cookies.
Employment data: for people employed through EOR — identity documents, SNILS and INN, the employment contract, salary, bank details for payroll, leave and sick-leave records and, for foreign nationals, migration documents. These come from the employee and the client company, not from this site.

To answer your request and prepare a proposal
To review the company, the activity and the payment route
To arrange employment, payroll and statutory reporting in Russia
To keep the site secure and understand how it is used
To meet legal obligations

5. Who we share it with

Our local partner employer in Russia, for the people it employs
Service providers acting for us: hosting, analytics, email and payroll tools
The client company, for the employment and cost information it needs about its team
Tax, social-insurance and migration authorities, where the law requires it

We do not sell personal data.

6. Security and storage

We keep personal data in secure cloud systems, encrypted in transit and at rest, with access limited to the people who need it, in line with international data-protection standards. Enquiry data may be processed outside Russia because Gini Talent is based in Türkiye. Employment records of people employed in Russia are kept by the local partner employer.

7. How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept as long as needed to answer and follow up your request and deleted earlier on request. Employment and payroll records are kept for the periods Russian law requires.

8. Cookies

Google Analytics cookies count visits and show which pages are useful. You can block or delete them in your browser; the site works without them. See also our cookie policy.

9. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable form and to withdraw consent. Write to info@ginitalent.com; we reply within 3 business days and may ask you to confirm your identity.

10. Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 16.

We post any new version on this page with a new date.
