An Employer of Record (EOR) lets a foreign company have people employed in Russia without registering an ООО or a representative office. Gini Talent provides the service as a global EOR provider: the person is employed in Russia by our local partner employer under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (ТК РФ), and Gini Talent manages the engagement and is your single counterpart under an international service contract. Your company directs the day-to-day work.
Companies use EOR in Russia for their first sales, technology, support and operations hires, for people who already work for them on civil-law (ГПХ) contracts, and for foreign specialists who need a local employer. The EOR fee starts from USD 249 per employee a month and is always shown apart from salary and statutory charges.

A written employment contract with a Russian employer, pay in roubles with NDFL withheld, insurance cover through the Social Fund of Russia, at least 28 calendar days of paid leave a year, and the Labor Code’s protection on probation, notice and dismissal.
Invoices are issued under the international service contract; the invoice currency is agreed in the proposal. We review the company, the activity and each payment route before we send a proposal, and decline cases that do not fit.

For a Russian citizen, once documents and fit are clear, setup is measured in business days. Foreign nationals follow the migration route that applies to them. We do not promise a start date before the review.
